Daniel Green is a composer/lyricist and musical director. Music directing, arranging and playing credits include Broadway's The Addams Family (Pianist), New York Theatre Workshop's Peter and the Starcatcher (Conductor), Ahrens & Flaherty's Rocky (Associate MD), Goodspeed's Not Wanted On The Voyage (MD), Marriott Theatre's Shout! (Music Arranger), and the national tour of The Berenstain Bears (MD). 

As a composer, he has been awarded a NAMT grant from the National Fund for New Musicals, nominated for a Weston Playhouse New Musical Award, and accepted into the BMI Musical Theatre Workshop. Shows include Fanny Brice (Maltz Jupiter Theatre); A Midsummer Night's Dream (Northwestern University); Twelfth Night (Notre Dame Shakespeare Festival); and the upcoming Oneida (Village Theatre).

His work has also been presented in Broadway Sensations (Ha! Comedy Club), Live At The Duplex! The Songs of Daniel Green (New York Theatre Barn), Power of the American Popular Song (Johnny Mercer Foundation), Northwestern Songwriters Showcase (Laurie Beechman Theatre) and NEO (York Theatre), where his songs have been performed by such artists as Mandy Gonzalez, Alexandra Socha, and Morgan Karr. 

He is currently working on the upcoming Broadway show Big Fish. Daniel is a member of ASCAP and AFM Local 802.
